Clockwork Learning is seeking to acquire childcare centers within the states of Connecticut, New Jersey and New York.
We are specifically interested in businesses that meet the following criteria.
Demographic
- Total population (within 3 miles) 25,000
- Total children under 5 years - approximately 7% of population
- Median Household income above the States average
Location Preference
- Within close proximity to local schools, shopping centers, corporate business parks, transport hubs, main roads and expressways.
Building and Site
- Centers with minimum of 80 licensed places
- Outdoor play area and off street parking
- Existing long term lease or opportunity to negotiate new lease
- Expansion opportunities
Other
- Opportunity to acquire portfolio of centers is ideal
